GET READY FOR KINDERGARTEN

We have three spots available for our Get Ready for Kindergarten program for children entering junior and senior kindergarten and their care givers!

When will the camp take place?

The camp takes place at our Aspire Speech office in Bracebridge, Ontario on August 19, 21, 26 and 28, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and costs $395.

Learn about what speech, language and fine motor skills are expected going into kindergarten.
Learn about what sensory processing is and what it means to be over stimulated or under stimulated as well as the importance of a regulated body for optimal learning.
Learn tips and tricks to supporting your child’s speech, language, fine motor and sensory system.
Watch your child have fun in a supported environment with children their age.
Ask our professionals questions you have about your child’s speech, language, social communication, fine motor and sensory processing skills

Participate in a small group with a set up like kindergarten with circle time, songs, centre play time, snack time, and story time.
Practice opening and closing their snacks and containers.
Practice identifying the letters in their name and writing their name.
Practice making friends in a supported environment.
Have fun in a small-group environment supported by friendly, knowledgeable professionals.
